The first lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, was included in the list of 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2023. The president of the Ukrainian Center for Civil Liberties, Oleksandra Matwiychuk, was also included in the prestigious list.

Time has been published in New York since 1923. It has the largest circulation among American weeklies. The list of the 100 most influential people was first published in 1999.

The list is divided into six categories: Artists, Icons, Pioneers, Titans, Innovators, and Leaders. Ukrainian women were in the latter.
