The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) has published a warning against a batch of Valdinox ladles. The reason is the migration of primary aromatic amines, the release said.

The Chief Sanitary Inspector informed on Tuesday that “as a result of the official inspection of the State Sanitary Inspection, a non-compliance was found consisting in the migration of primary aromatic amines from the product into contact with food”. “Primary aromatic amines are substances harmful to health, which should not be present in food” – pointed out representatives of the Inspectorate.

Therefore, it was added that “the product indicated in the notice should not come into contact with food”.

The warning applies ladle made of black nylon with a wooden handle and attached label, brand Valdinox. The lot number of the product is KZ/21/052 and the barcode is 5 907508 180843.
