After the massive flood that devastated Valencia, The Spanish are still struggling with the effects of the great flood. Sunday's casualty count shows that lives were lost in the flood 217 peopleand the services are still looking for several dozen residents of the region.
Nearly three thousand households are still without electricity. The element destroyed buildings, and the streets of Valencia are littered with wrecks of cars swept away by the water, garbage and tree branches.
