Vicki Gabor and her father Dariusz were attacked on June 11 on Al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. Then, a brawl broke out, in which another driver also took part. The man, according to the report, behaved aggressively, beat Darius Gabora, and at one point he reached for pepper spray, of which the singer fell victim. The Gabors were taken under medical care – fortunately, it turned out that their injuries were not too serious. It has now been reported that the accused has been sentenced.

As reported by the tvnwarszawa.pl portal, in mid-August a penal order was issued, i.e. without the participation of the parties. “Judge of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw sentenced the accused to six months of restriction of liberty20 hours of community service per week and a payment of PLN 2,000 in compensation,” the journalists established. They also learned from Piotr Skiba, spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, that the prosecutor's office accepted the court's decision. “However, the accused or the singer's father may file an objection, and then the case will proceed in the normal manner” – reports tvnwarszawa.pl.
The man who attacked the singer and her father was detained by the police immediately after the incident. On June 13, the media reported that the 34-year-old had been charged under Article 155 of the Penal Code. “Anyone who causes impairment of the functioning of a bodily organ or a health disorder lasting no longer than seven days shall be subject to a fine, restriction of liberty or imprisonment for up to two years” – reads its content. The sad situation of June 11th had a big impact on the 17-year-old. After the City Reporter publicized the matter, a statement appeared on her Instagram, in which the singer's management described the circumstances events. “(…) The journey of Vika Gabor and her father, heading to the recording studio, was interrupted by the reprehensible behavior of another driver. (…) After an unjustified attack, including pepper spraythe police are taking the necessary actions in connection with this incident,” it was reported then.
