“A visit to Poland is for me like a visit to dear friends. I think so not only because we share the same values with Poland, but also because of our joint commitment to saving people’s lives,” Olena Zelenska, wife of the Ukrainian president, wrote on Twitter Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Together with Agata Kornhauser-Duda, we met with Ukrainian medics training in evacuation in Polish air force brigades. Our joint project of training several dozen Ukrainian doctors who will help people with severe burns is also continued,” she added.
The wife of the Ukrainian president announced that further initiatives are being planned, carried out jointly with the government in Warsaw, such as training for psychologists, psychiatrists and medical physiotherapists.
“I am grateful to Mrs. Agata (Kornhauser-Duda) and all the people who provided (in Poland) our specialists with professional and friendly care,” wrote the first lady of Ukraine.
