Wage increases. Senate wants to prepare “real reform”

Marshal Tomasz Grodzki said that a “real wage reform” is being created in the Senate, which is to be modeled on the solutions of the Second Polish Republic. – Poland should be a country of average, not low wages, but you have to start with the citizens – he said, referring to the increases for politicians, which were introduced by the presidential ordinance.

President Andrzej Duda signed the introductory ordinance on Friday raises for deputy ministers. Grodzki: The Senate wants to prepare a “real reform” of wages

– The Civic Platform Club made the decision unanimously. We already said a year ago that we believe that Poland should be a country of average wages, not low wages, but nevertheless we need to start with the citizens – said Tomasz Grodzki, Senate Marshal on Tuesday.

The Marshal recalled that “a year ago he promised that a comprehensive wage pyramid project in the Republic of Poland would be created in the Senate”. – We currently have four studies by the Analysis and Documentation Office. I will appoint a senatorial and expert team. We want to prepare a real wage reform – announced Grodzki.

He noted that “he does not only talk about politicians, but about local government officials, but about the budget sector”. – We want to prepare a system a little bit modeled on the Second Polish Republic, where it was much clearer, more transparent and understandable.
