The police stopped a delivery car for inspection, which was barely driving along the Wałbrzych bypass. The car was overloaded by over two tons. These weren't the driver's only offenses. In total, the 25-year-old received five fines worth over PLN 6,500 and 17 penalty points.

Last Wednesday, around 10 a.m., on the Wałbrzych bypass, police officers noticed a delivery van driving very slowly, the driver of which was talking on a mobile phone.

Loaded to the ceiling

According to the statement by comm. Marcin Świeży from the Wałbrzych police, the cargo in the luggage compartment of the car was not properly secured and the car itself was overloaded. The driver had over 2 tons of goods on the truck more than its permissible load capacity, which is why he was unable to drive at the appropriate speed. The car was bending under the pressure of the goods placed on it, and the police banned the driver from driving any further.
