US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Thursday that President Donald Trump is open to all mechanismswhich will lead to a fair peace in the war between Russia and Ukraine.
Rubio, speaking before the informal meeting of foreign ministers in Turkey, said that the United States wants see progress over the next few daysadding that there is no military resolution of the conflict.
