Warsaw. 25 kilograms of drugs in the apartment

Policemen from Warsaw Śródmieście detained a 37-year-old in an apartment in Wola. The man is suspected of having nearly 25 kilograms of drugs with a total value of nearly nine million zlotys. He faces up to 12 years in prison.

Policemen from the command at Wilcza a month ago detained a couple who smuggled from Spain to Poland Almost 60 kilograms of marijuana in a caravanworth nearly four million zlotys. This time, the officers prevented the launch of 25 kilograms of cocaine, heroin and MDMA tablets, worth – as they estimated – almost nine million zlotys.

Apartment as a metastatic warehouse

– Many hours of analyzes and operational activities based on international cooperation led the downtown criminal to one of the apartments in Warsaw. According to their findings, it served as a special warehouse and a scabbing metastatic point. In the middle, after a meticulously prepared implementation, they detained a man participating in the drug's procedure – said the spokesman of the downtown police, younger aspirant Jakub Pacyniak.

All information collected by policemen was confirmed. In the premises they found bags filled with various types of drugs. All rooms and a luxurious 37-year-old car were subjected to a detailed inspection with the participation of a criminal technician and an investigation group. A police dog worked on the spot.

Drugs from South America

As calculated by the policeman, as a result of all criminal activities “they prevented the launch of over 10 kilograms of cocaine, over 5 kilograms of heroin and nearly 10 kilograms of MDMA tablets – which in terms of about 25,000 pieces”. Drugs were estimated at nearly nine million zlotys.

Policemen are still working on the case. Their findings show that drugs came from South European countries and South America.

The detainee was taken to the command at Wilcza Street. – He heard allegations related to having a significant amount of intoxicants and placing them on the market. He faces up to 12 years imprisonment. The court granted the application of the Warsaw-Wola District Prosecutor's Office, applying the 37-year-old detention on a period of three months-the younger aspirant Pacyniak said.
