In Kamionek, city guards noticed a BMW driving against traffic on a one-way street. When they stopped the driver, it turned out that he did not have a driving license.
On Monday after 8 a.m., city guards patrolled the one-way Stanisław Augusta Street. At one point they saw a BMW passenger car driving the wrong way towards them. When the car stopped in front of the police car, the guards approached the driver and asked if he knew that he had just ignored a no-entry sign. They also asked for his driving license.
– The man replied that he was going to the clinic. He said that he had not seen the B-2 sign, and although he does not have a driving license yet, he is already undergoing training – said Senior Inspector Piotr Pomarański, a guard participating in the intervention, quoted in the release.
The officers called a police patrol to the scene, which confirmed the driver's sobriety. He also confirmed his personal details and the fact that he did not have a driving license.
The resident of Grochów was handed over to the police, and his friend took care of the car.
