The services intervened in a shopping mall in Praga-Północ. The cause was an aggressive young man. It turned out that he was drunk and, according to the guards, he had breathed two permille.
On Tuesday, around 8 p.m., city guards received a report about an intoxicated young man who was causing a riot in a shopping mall at the corner of Targowa and Solidarności Avenue.
The patrol that intervened found security staff with a teenager at the entrance. “The man was aggressive and vulgar, and when the officers approached him, he tried to spit on them,” the city guard said in a statement. According to the guards, he was a foreigner who was less than 17 years old. A police patrol was called to confirm his identity.
He blew two per mille
The police established contact details for the minor’s parents. The boy’s sobriety was tested in their presence. “The result showed two per mille of alcohol in the air he exhaled,” the guards added. The minor was released to his parents.
