The controllers of the City Cleaning Board (ZOM) during their daily work check how the area managers comply with the obligation to maintain cleanliness. Their joint patrols with the city guard intervene when they notice irregularities in order and security. This is most often abandoned rubbish and infrastructure damage, such as compact windows in shelters or broken benches. However, non -standard waste occurs.
“Many apartment could be furnished”
“From items left on the pavements and stops, more than one apartment could be furnished. There were seats and sofas among them, the door leaf and household appliances such as washing machine, thermal or freezer. There were also interior accessories – carpets and carpets, mattresses or quilts” – lists in the ZOM.
