Beyoncé and Harry Styles will perform this week in Warsaw. The Town Hall encourages you to get to the concerts by public transport. Officials also remind you that entry to Saska Kępa will be limited.

Beyoncé will perform in the capital at two concerts – on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 27 and 28 – as part of the “Renaissance World Tour”.

In turn, Harry Styles, known in Poland, among others. from the hit “As It Was”, will perform in front of the Polish audience on Sunday, July 2. The concert is part of the “Love On Tour” tour, and the special guest of the concert will be the group Wet Leg.

How to get to the concert?

Warsaw officials in a press release encourage you to choose the metro when going to the PGE National Stadium, concerts can also be reached by trams and buses. Access to the Warszawa Wschodnia or Warszawa Stadion stations from the east will also be provided by SKM and Koleje Mazowieckie trains.

However, those who decide to come by car are reminded that before both concerts, at 17:00, entry to Saska Kępa will be restricted. until After 21:00, the following areas will be excluded from individual traffic: Poniatowskiego Avenue, Washington Avenue, Międzynarodowa Street, United States Avenue and Wał Miedzeszyński Street as well as the United States Avenue, Africanska and Bora-Komorowskiego Streets.

The bans will not apply to vehicles of persons with ID cards, taxis and two-wheeled vehicles. Warsaw Public Transport buses will also run without changes.

Similar restrictions will also be introduced during the concert of P!ink, which will play at PGE Narodowy already July 16.

The police may close a few streets, buses will take detours

Officials also remind that, depending on the situation before and after the concert, the police may decide to close individual streets. In the case of closing Sokola Street, from Zamoście to Wybrzeże Szczecińskie, from 17:00 until the end of the transport of concert participants, buses of the line 102, 125 and 202 they will go along Targowa and Kijowska streets to the Dw. Wschodni (Kijowska) terminus, a 146 and 147 Szczecin Coast and Zamość.

If Sokola, Zamoście and Zamoyskiego streets are closed, buses of the following lines will be directed to detour routes: 102, 125, 135, 146, 147 and 202. Line buses 102, 125 and 202 they will travel along Targowa and Kijowska Streets to the Dw. Wschodni (Kijowska) terminus, 135 they will go to Targowa, a 146 and 147 along Zieleniecka Avenue.

The E-1 buses will be directed through the Świętokrzyski Bridge to the Centrum Nauki Kopernik metro station.
