History in the museum and recreation in the forest

“A trip by bus line 800 is a great idea for a weekend trip to a museum and memorial site. Here you can see an exhibition devoted to executions in Palmiry and in the Kampinos Forest in the years 1939–1943, as well as events in this area during World War II. In the cemetery he rests including the athlete Janusz Kusociński and the Speaker of the Sejm Maciej Rataj,” ZTM said.

You can combine a visit to the museum with a walk and return home by public transport. The Kampinos Forest offers a shorter, black trail, leading along an educational path to Karczmisko and Truskaw, where buses from line 210 depart. You can also follow the blue trail to Pociecha, and then the green trail through the Na Miny nature reserve to Dziekanów Leśne, where buses from line 150 stop.
