Last weekend, officers from the Warsaw-Okęcie Border Guard Station refused entry to Poland to 15 foreigners. They did not meet the conditions for crossing the border. Among the rejected travelers, they found two Pakistani citizens who used both forged and other people's documents during check-in.
The spokeswoman for the Commander of the Nadwiślański Border Guard Unit, Captain Dagmara Bielec, informed that citizens of Georgia, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Tajikistan and Pakistan were refused permission to cross the border.
Foreigners did not have the required residence documents with them or the purpose of the travelers' stay in our country was not consistent with the declared one. In addition, some of them used up the permissible period of stay in Poland or their data was listed in the system as undesirable persons in the territory of the countries Schengen Area.

They showed documents belonging to other people
Among those refused entry were two Pakistani citizens who, upon arrival from Baku, presented documents belonging to other people for inspection.
– The first man presented an Italian residence card that did not belong to him and two fake Austrian border control stamps from his original passport, similar to the original one. The second Pakistani presented an Italian passport and an Italian identity card as his own, which, after verification, turned out to belong to another person. Additionally, in the man's passport, officers discovered a fake Austrian border control stamp – Bielec said.
The proceedings were initiated against the foreigners for attempting to cross the state border in violation of the regulations by deception using documents belonging to other people. The men were charged with illegally crossing the border, to which they admitted.
Most will return to their countries
All foreigners who did not meet the conditions for crossing the border received decisions refusing entry to the territory of our country. Most of them left the airport, returning to the country from which they had traveled.
Since the beginning of the year, officers of the Nadwiślański Border Guard Unit have recorded over 970 incidents that ended with the issuance of a decision to refuse entry to the territory of the Republic of Poland.
