Warsaw, Chrościckiego. Firefighters cut an approximately 30-meter-high poplar. They closed the street, buses on detours

Action of the services on Chrościckiego street in Włochy. About thirty meters high poplar began to tilt dangerously, firefighters decided to cut down the tree. For security reasons, the street was closed.

The incident took place after 10 o’clock – Poplar grows on the construction site. Probably the workers damaged her root system. The tree is in danger of collapsing, said Tomasz Zieliński from tvnwarszawa.pl, who was there.

He added that one guard was taking part in the action. As we heard from Wojciech Kapczyński from the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service, the tree will have to be cut down. – Therefore, for safety reasons, Chroscickiego Street has been excluded from traffic – said the firefighter.

Tomasz Zieliński specified that the difficulties must be taken into account by pedestrians, drivers and passengers of public transport. As reported on its website by Warszawski Transport Publiczny, the line buses 127, 194 and 206 are directed in both directions on detour routes:
