City guards helped a young woman in Praga. She was lying in the snow for two hours, and when she reached Kijowska Street she tried to stop passing cars, but no one reacted.

A guard and a city guard from the 6th Regional Department patrolled Kijowska Street. Near the Eastern Railway Station, officers noticed a young woman kneeling on the sidewalk and calling for help.

“They immediately stopped the police car. The guard approached the woman, who was shivering from the cold. Her clothes were wet, and her face and hands were blue. The woman had no strength to get up and stand on her own. She was shaking and crying. The officer covered the woman with thermal blankets and “she asked what happened,” we read in a press release from the city guard.
