Toyota passenger cars collided on Banacha Street. Then they caught fire. Ultimately, they burned down completely. Fortunately, no one was injured.

We received the first information about the incident on Kontakt 24. It concerned a car fire on Banacha Street. “There was supposed to be a collision earlier,” the Internet user reported.

The police received a report about the incident at 9:10 a.m. – Two Toyotas collided. Both vehicles are burnt. The drivers were tested for alcohol content. They are sober. There were no injuries in the incident, said Gabriela Putyra from the Warsaw Police Headquarters.

We asked the fire brigade for details. – There was a collision between two passenger cars. Both are hybrid vehicles. Two drivers were traveling in them. They both exited the vehicles before the fire department arrived. There was a fire and both cars were engulfed in flames. They were burned – said senior trainee Bogdan Smoter from the Warsaw Fire Department. He added that the causes of the fire are still unknown. Two fire brigades worked on site.
