On the premises of one of the properties at Bystrzycka Street in Falenica, someone abandoned several dozen containers with dangerous chemical reagents. Among them was concentrated sulfuric acid.
On the property, guards found nearly 30 glass containers containing various chemicals. – Most of them were described as if they came from some laboratory – said Jerzy Jabraszko from the capital city guard. As he explained, among them were found: a jar with concentrated sulfuric acid, a container with nitric acid, ethyl glycol and other chemical reagents. Fortunately, the containers were not damaged, so they did not pose a direct threat to people and the environment.
The guards quickly found out who owned the property and the manager, and urged them to contain and remove the hazardous chemicals. – After a few hours, the person in charge of the property safely tidied up and took all the containers, informed Jerzy Jabraszko.
