Warsaw. Difficulties on the first metro line. Six stations disabled

Due to technical reasons, metro trains on the M1 line ran on a shortened route. Metro Warszawskie reported that there was a problem with a power outage on the Ursynów section.

“Due to technical reasons, metro trains on the line M1 they run on the shortened route: MŁOCINY – WILANOWSKA. The following metro stations have been closed: SŁUŻEW, URSYNÓW, STOKŁOSY, IMIELIN, NATOLIN, KABATY,” the Warsaw Public Transport said in a statement.

“A replacement bus line has been launched”BEHIND THE METRO” running on the route: METRO WILANOWSKA – al. Wilanowska – Rolna – al. Rzeczypospolitej – al. KEN – OS. KABATY” – it was passed on.

We asked Anna Bartoń, spokeswoman for the Warsaw Metro, for details. – We have a problem with a power outage on the Ursynów section. The probable cause is a short circuit. Technical teams are checking and working to remove the failure, she announced after 8 p.m.
