A plane flying from Poland to India was turned back over Romania. According to a spokesman for LOT, the reason was a “technical fault” of the machine.

We received information about the diverted aircraft on Kontakt 24. As the reader pointed out, the aircraft flying from Warsaw to Mumbai was turned back in Romania.

– The plane turned back due to a technical fault and the impossibility of rectifying it in Mumbai. After replacing it with another copy, the flight will continue, Krzysztof Moczulski, spokesman for LOT, said.

Previously, they turned back planes flying to New York or Zanzibar

This is the third fault of the Dreamliner we’ve been writing about in a week.

Last Saturday, due to a failure of the backup, so-called artificial horizon, a Dreamliner flying to New York was returned to Chopin Airport. The machine turned back over the Baltic Sea, near Sweden.

On Sunday, LOT spokesman Krzysztof Moczulski informed that the Dreamliner, who flew from Chopin Airport to Zanzibar was turned back. He added that after removing the fault, the plane continued its flight.
