He hid 28 kilograms of drugs in a storage room

Officers from the Warsaw Police Headquarters detained a 34-year-old man suspected of marketing a significant amount of narcotic drugs. 28 kilograms of various types of drugs worth PLN 1.5 million were found in the man's storage room.

According to the Warsaw Police Headquarters, officers dealing with crime among hooligans received information that there may be drugs in one of the premises in Białołęka.

The place the police observed was the building at Skarbka z Gór Street. They noticed a man who entered the estate and then went to the basement. When he returned, the police wanted to identify him. “Unfortunately, the man resisted, so restraints were applied to him,” KSP reports in a statement.

28 kilograms of drugs

“During the search, in the storage room belonging to the 34-year-old, they seized wholesale amounts of various types of narcotic drugs: almost 3 kg of marijuana, 65 grams of hashish, as well as psychotropic substances: over 22 kg of mephedrone, almost 1.8 kg of MDMA tablets and almost 37 grams ketamine. A total of over 28 kg with an estimated value of PLN 1.5 million,” they calculate capital policemen.

The 34-year-old was arrested. According to the information provided by the officers, the man is associated with the hooligan community. He had a previous record for drug offenses and robbery.

He faces up to 12 years in prison

“A man at the Warsaw Praga Północ District Prosecutor's Office was charged with introducing a significant amount of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances into circulation. By court decision, he was temporarily arrested for three months. He faces a penalty of 2 to 12 years in prison,” the command concluded.
