The next stage of work on the reconstruction and modernization of railway line No. 7 at the Warszawa Wawer station will result in changes in the timetable of SKM trains from November 6 to 9 and from November 13 to 16, announces the Public Transport Authority.
At night, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., there will be no trains running between Warszawa Wschodnia and Warszawa Falenica. Therefore, from Sunday, November 6 to Thursday, November 9, the last two evening SKM trains of the S1 line from Pruszków to Otwock (at 9:39 p.m. and 11:14 p.m.) will only reach the Warszawa Wschodnia station. The last S1 train from Otwock to Pruszków will leave at 20.48, and S10 to Warszawa Wschodnia at 21/05 However, at From 21.30 to 24.00, S10 trains will run on the Otwock – Warszawa Falenica section.
During the next travel restriction, from Monday, November 13 to Thursday, November 16, the traffic organization will be the same, but the train running hours will be slightly different because the timetable will change from November 12. The last three evening trains of the S1 line from Pruszków to Otwock (at 20.38, 21.54 and 23.16) will run on a shortened route to the Warszawa Wschodnia station. The last S1 train from Otwock to Pruszków will leave at 20.48, and S10 to Warszawa Wschodnia at 21/14. However, at 21.30 – 24.00 SKM S10 trains will run on the Otwock – Warszawa Falenica section.
The changes also apply to Koleje Mazowieckie
Koleje Mazowieckie trains will also run differently.
You can reach Warsaw Falenica from Praga Południe by buses no. 142, 146 and 521. “Additionally, on the days of exclusions, we will launch a special bus route no. 521 from Warszawa Wschodnia to Warszawa Falenica. The bus will leave after the arrival of the last SKM train from the bus stop at the station on the side of Lubelska Street and will go Bliska, Żupnicza, Chodakowska, Mińska, Stanisławowska and Terespolska streets to Grochowska and then along the regular route,” ZTM said. Koleje Mazowieckie will also run replacement buses for trains.
