On Thursday, spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba announced that the ABW officer Paweł K. was charged with exposure to the immediate danger of severe damage to health.

The suspect did not plead guilty

“The suspect did not admit to committing the alleged act and gave very extensive explanations,” said Skiba.

A spokesman for the Warsaw prosecutor's office reminded that the proceedings regarding this event were originally discontinued in May 2021 “due to the lack of statutory features of a criminal act”.
