The 25-year-old did not manage to mislead policemen. He came up with “drinking” coffee from a closed cup. It turned out that he had hidden drugs in him. He had more prohibited substances. He hid them in the car and kitchen eaves. He heard the allegations.

Policemen from Bemów drew attention to a man standing by the car. As they described, he looked around himself nervously and simulated drinking a drink from a closed cup for coffee. They decided to look at the matter.

During the intervention, the 25-year-old informed the police that he was actually only a journey and waiting for a friend. “The man was held from a cup that a man was holding an intense smell of marijuana. Marta Sulowska from the Warsaw Police District Headquarters.

There were more drugs

The 25-year-old was detained. During further actions, the police searched his vehicle and apartment. “On the rear seat of the car they found significant amounts of drugs, including LSD, ecstasy, mephedrone, marijuana and hallucinogenic mushrooms. In the apartment, in the kitchen hood, interviewers found plastic bags with hallucinogenic fungi content” – said Sulowska.

All prohibited substances were transferred to further research.

Investigators gathered evidence in the case. The suspect heard three criminal charges of drug possession in a significant amount. By decision of the prosecutor, the 25-year-old was covered by police supervision. These crimes are punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
