Policemen from Warsaw's Bielany detained a 65-year-old who was supposed to attack his friend a few days ago. The man was charged with attempted murder, for which he was even threatened with life imprisonment. The suspect was arrested.
The incident occurred a few days ago in allotment gardens at POŁANIECKI Families.
“According to previous findings, there was a conflict between the perpetrator and the victim for some time. As a result of increasing tension, the man decided to end the dispute, moving to extremely aggressive actions. During the quarrel he hit his rival with a knife in the stomach, causing serious injuries” – reports in the Podinsp message. Elwira Kozłowska, press officer of the Warsaw VI Police District Headquarters.
He will be responsible for attempted murder
Emergency services were sent to the place. The victim with the abdominal wound was taken to the hospital, where he was given the necessary help. And the 65-year-old was detained by policemen and imprisoned in a police cell. “The man heard the allegation of attempted murder, for which there is a life imprisonment,” says the policewoman.
At the request of the District Prosecutor Warszawa Żoliborz, the court applied a 65-year-old detention for three months.
