The promenade only in name

For years, Chmielna has been a promenade only in name. The services cannot cope with illegal parking there. The problem intensified after the renovation of the so-called the square of the five corners. The street is regularly blocked by suppliers and drivers of private cars. Sometimes there is a situation in which traffic jams form on the street intended for pedestrians.
