Recordings from his shocking behavior were circulated by social media, so he earned the nickname “Surfer from S8”. The 34-year-old will be in court.

The incident with the participation of 34-year-old Belarusian took place on April 15 on the S8 express road in Warsaw.

By court decision, the man was temporarily arrested for three months.
