The prosecutor’s office has completed its investigation into Krzysztof P. A few months ago, the man broke into the headquarters of Law and Justice. The prosecutor’s office asked the court to discontinue the proceedings. The court will hear the case on April 18.

– Preparatory proceedings against Krzysztof P., suspected of acts under Article 191 paragraph 1 of the Penal Code (forcing to perform specific behavior – ed.) and Article 193 of the Penal Code (violation of home privacy – ed.), were completed on January 30, 2023 to the District Court for the Capital City of Warszawa in Warsaw, an application for discontinuance of the proceedings and application of a precautionary measure. Currently, the information about the proceedings is held by the indicated district court, Aleksandra Skrzyniarz, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw informed the Polish Press Agency. Making such a request by the prosecutor’s office means that the man was insane at the time of the act.

As the Independent Press Section of the District Court in Warsaw told us, the date of the court hearing in this case was set for April 18.

He threatened the security guard, banged his fist on the door

When he entered the building, he started threatening the security guard and banged his fist on the glass door. The police, who were called by security personnel, had to intervene on the spot. Krzysztof P. was detained.
