An insistent and intoxicated customer demanded that the store to sell alcohol in Italy. When the handles occurred, the city guard reacted, who overpowered the aggressor. The attacker was handed over to the police.

A dangerous event occurred on Friday, April 11, in one of the grocery stores in Italy. While making private purchases on a day off, the city guard officer witnessed a quarrel between the facility's service and the insistent customer.

As the guards describe in the announcement, a tall, about 40-year-old man, under the clear influence of alcohol, demanded the sale of another bottle. When the saleswoman refused, pointing to his condition, the consumer became aggressive. A scared saleswoman called a friend to help, and then the adventurer threatened that if he did not get the desired goods – he would beat the service.

He threw himself at the sellers

“In view of the opposition of sellers, the customer immediately went to the deeds and threw himself at them, struggling and waving his hands. Our guard – a patrol and intervention crew on a daily basis, reacted instantly. Using intervention techniques known from work, he overpowered the aggressor, then asked sellers to call the police. He was waiting for the takeover by policemen ” – we read in the announcement of the guards.

The police arrived at the place, took over the man and asked the attacked the circumstances of the whole incident. Privately intervening, the guard received thanks from the policemen for the civic attitude. He admitted that this is not the first time he reacts in private in a situation of threat to public order.

The guards emphasize that people who professionally perform public service, more often than others, seem to find in situations that require their reaction. In fact, this usually indicates their special sensitivity to events that could threaten others. – I try to help citizens during service and outside of service at any time – the guard who mastered the aggressive client modestly summed up his intervention.
