On Saturday, the streets of the city will pass the colorful parade of Mermaid. There will also be something for music lovers – Białołęka and Rembertów invite you to celebrate. In turn, the regatta for the Cup of the President of Warsaw will start on the Vistula.

On Saturday, Warsaw will again become the scene of one of the most colorful and joyful outdoor events – the 4th Parade of Syrenka. Residents of the capital will be able to admire the unusual procession combining the art, music and symbol of Warsaw on one great holiday.

Two unique mermaids

On Saturday, 20 mermaid will go through the royal route. The parade will start at 13.00 in Nowy Świat, from where it will move towards Zamkowy Square. You will be able to see 20 siren on platforms prepared by Warsaw districts and municipal units.

“Several stops are planned on the route with additional attractions at the Copernicus Monument (animations of theater artists and Sambba show), the Bristol Hotel (performance of the Singin 'Birds band and the show at the Hoovera Square)” – said the town hall in Warsaw.

The Syrenek Parade will pass through the streets of Warsaw

At 15.00 at the church of St. Anna will enter two unique mermaids – spherical and floral. In the meantime, street theaters and music bands, such as Ritmobloco, Etno Scene, Bloco Pomerania and the Orchestra from Nadarzyna, will appear on the square. At 15.20 the concert of Carli Fernandes will start, which will end this year's edition of the parade.

“The Syrenka Parade is not only a spectacle, but also an opportunity to celebrate the urban identity and culture of Warsaw. The organizers encourage participants to come in mermaid costumes or with symbolic accents, such as a small mermaid pinned to clothes” – noted the town hall.

Sailing struggles on the Vistula

On Saturday and Sunday, emotions will also be on the Vistula. There will be a regatta for the Cup of the President of Warsaw, which for years attract sailing lovers and people who like to actively spend time by the water.

The heart of the struggle will be the Rusalka beach opposite the zoo. A sailing town will be built there full of water attractions. The organizers have prepared sailing training on Optimist and Omega boats and free water workshops. It is best to get to the beach with a weekend free ferry crossing.

The regatta for the Cup of the President of Warsaw will take place on the Vistula

The novelty of this year's edition will be the academic competition. Students of Warsaw universities will face identical boats. The culmination of the day will be All Sup Race 2025, whose participants will reach the Rusalka beach, where at 16.00 the ceremonial ending of the regatta will take place.

The regatta has been held regularly since 2018 on the capital of the Vistula. Their main goal is to promote the omega class – a Polish boat designed by Juliusz Sieradzki and launched 85 years ago in Warsaw. Every year, dozens of crews take part in the competition, among them were the best Polish sailors, such as Captain Krzysztof Baranowski, Zbigniew Gutkowski and Dominik Życki.

Music and sport in two districts

Białołęka and Rembertów invite you to the two -day celebration. Białołęka 2025 days promise to be interesting – from attractions in the Henrykowski Park as part of “Białołęka useful” to the great concert finale with the participation of Guzior and Agnieszka Chylińska in Picassa Park.

Sunday, June 8, will bring a continuation of celebration in SP No. 368, where everyone will find something for themselves. There will also be an opportunity to take care of health and safety thanks to consultations with experts and preventive actions. The final of the day and the whole weekend will be a concert of Lanberry and the band Zakopower.

On Rembertów Feast 2025, on Saturday, June 7, the area at Strażacka Street will turn into a sports arena and the Entertainment Center. Participants will take part in the Street Workout competition, boxing tournaments, sports shows, and also try their hand at numerous activities – from Zumba to skateboard. Local music formations will perform on stage, including Rembertian teams, Alpha Squad and Goodfellas, and the evening will be completed by a joint disco under the open sky.

The final point of the program will be the concert Golec UOrkiestra, preceded by the performance of the energy group BUM BUM Orkestar. The whole will be led by Artur Orzech from Rembertów. It is also worth bringing used batteries. In return, residents will receive geraniums, combining ecology with a local initiative.
