The unknown perpetrator fired at the city bus in Warsaw's Mokotów. The police inform that he used a “object resembling weapon”. The man is wanted.

The incident occurred on Tuesday around 17 at Chełmska Street in Dolny Mokotów. The bus driver of line 119 reported that the man had aimed at the front part of the vehicle resembling a weapon and fired arrows.

The information was confirmed by the staff aspirant Marta Haberska from the Warsaw II Police Headquarters. – An unknown man at the moment, from an object resembling a weapon, fired three shots towards the bus line 119 at Chełmska Street. Actions are underway to arrest the perpetrator. Monitoring is secured – a policewoman told us. – Nothing happened to anyone. The shots did not break through the windows – added Haberska.

– The man from the stop entered through the open door to my cabin and demanded my driving license. I refused. Then he left, took out an object reminiscent of a weapon and through a closed door he fired three shots, aiming directly at me – he told the city reporter who first informed about the case, the bus driver. The city reporter notes that the door on the door “is characteristic of pneumatic weapons”.
