– Irizar offers were initially selected in the proceedings. Unfortunately, the National Board of Appeal ordered to reject these offers for procedural reasons and re -analysis of other offers – explained MZA spokesman Adam Stawicki.

In the tender for articulated buses, in addition to the Spanish manufacturer, only Solaris applied. However, in the task of shorter buses, in place of Irizar, the city carrier chose the Busnex – representative of Chinese Yutonga. As reported by Stawicki, until Monday Solaris may appeal against this decision.

Will accommodate 103 passengers

As part of the signed contract, Solarisy Urbino 18 Electric – a modular drive system with main components placed on the roof, a central engine and high -power batteries will come to Warsaw.
