On Friday and Saturday, June 7 and 8, the Służewiec Horse Racing Track will become the stage for the Orange Warsaw Festival. The City Hall encourages music lovers to get to and back from concerts by public transport. A special bus line will also be launched. Public transport will be free for festival goers.

For years, the Orange Warsaw Festival has been gathering thousands of music lovers who can participate in concerts of world-class stars over two days. This year, the stage will include: Nicki Minaj, Yeat, The Prodigy, Troye Sivan, Jungle, Skepta, Yungblud, Omar Apollo. The Polish music scene will be represented by, among others: Kwiat Jabłoni, Mruzu, Pro8l3m and Kaśka Sochacka.

The festival's partner is the city of Warsaw.

Special bus line

On Friday and Saturday, to facilitate access to the festival, a special bus line will be launched 300. Buses will run from approx. 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the route: METRO WILANOWSKA – al. Wilanowska – Puławska – RACE 01- Puławska – METRO WILANOWSKA.

After the end of the event, around 11 p.m., the line will be opened “TO THE SUBWAY”, which will serve the one-way route: WYOŚCIGI – Puławska – E. Romera – W. Surowiecki – al. KEN – METRO URSYNÓW 02.

On first metro lineon the nights of June 7/8 and 8/9, until approximately 3.15, trains will arrive at the stations approximately every 7-8 minutes in both directions.

On June 7 and 8 (from 2:30 p.m. until the end of night lines), WYŻYGI bus stops will be permanent for all day and night lines. Additionally, for buses from line 504, WYOŚCIGI 01 will be opened as a permanent stop.

Free rides for festival goers

On line buses 300 and “TO THE METRO” ZTM tickets will be valid, but festival participants will be able to travel free of charge by Warsaw Public Transport – from June 7 to June 9 until 4 a.m. in the first ticket zone.

How will this be possible? “When checking tickets, you must show a valid festival wristband with the date of the event – just having a ticket does not entitle you to free travel on public transport, a festival wristband is required,” explains the city hall in a statement.

Difficulties for drivers

From Wednesday, June 5, from 3 a.m. to Sunday, June 9, until 10 a.m., drivers will not park in the Race Alley from Pallutha Street to the gates to the Horse Racing Track and on Rzymowskiego Street near Pallutha.

On festival days, i.e. from Friday, June 7, from 1 p.m. to Saturday, June 8, until 3 a.m. and from Saturday, from 1 p.m. to Sunday until 3 a.m., you will not be able to turn from Puławska Street into Wyścigowa Avenue or go to the avenue along Pallutha Street. . The traffic ban will not apply to residents commuting to the gas station and holders of category N festival tickets (the latter will only enter from Rzymowskiego Street).

A temporary Kiss&Ride parking lot will be designated along the wall of the Horse Racing Track, on the right lane of Puławska Street towards Piaseczno.
