Warsaw. Pimping, beating, setting for cars and drugs. Indictment in the Siedlce gang case

26 people were accused of the activities of the so -called Siedlce groups “Grochala” and “Green”. According to investigators, the gang, under the cover of the real estate company, ran an escort agency. They drew millions of prostitution grown by almost 100 women.

The investigation into the Siedlce Group was conducted by the Mazowieckie Department of the Department of Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw together with the Management Board in Warsaw of the Central Police Investigation Bureau. Investigators inform that the proceedings ended with an indictment to the court against 26 people.

“In the course of investigators, they determined a number of places where sexual services and drugs were provided. People suspected of organizing the entire practice were also detained. Investigators show that the group created a network of escort agencies, so -called housing agencies, in which almost 100 women could work” – informs CBŚP in the announcement.

According to investigators, the suspects were to persuade women to work in the premises they supervised. In exchange for providing them with rooms and protection, women gave them part of the income obtained from prostitution. The procedure took place under the cover of a real estate agency.

Accused of committing 164 crimes

The indictment against 26 people concerns a total of 164 crimes. The prosecutor's office accused Mirosław G. “Grochal” and Artur Ch. ps. “Fat” for establishing and managing an organized armed criminal group, benefit from the prostitution of other people, having firearms without permission, as well as the production and placing of significant amounts of drugs on the market.

“The accused will also be responsible for making and commissioning a series, including with the use of dangerous tools and for the destruction of property, including burning cars of people who did not want to subordinate to the group. The indictment also included participation in the circulation of a significant amount of new psychoactive substances, so -called afterburners,” says CBŚP.
