A LOT plane took off from Warsaw to Szczecin this morning, but had to return to Chopin Airport. The reason, the carrier's representative said, was a “technical failure.”
On Kontakt24 we received information that a LOT plane on the Warsaw-Szczecin route returned to the capital airport. This concerns flight LO3931. According to the reader, the plane had a generator failure.
– The plane turned back due to a technical fault. After changing the plane, the flight will continue. The planned take-off is at 10 a.m. – informed Krzysztof Moczulski, spokesman for PLL LOT.
The spokesman did not specify what exactly the defect was.
