With the holidays, a special public transport schedule will come into effect. For this time, some bus lines will change their routes, and some will not go to the capital’s streets at all. Trams and metros will also run at a reduced frequency.

Winter holidays in the Mazowieckie voivodship will start on Monday, February 13, and will last until February 26. Changes are waiting for passengers of public transport from Saturday, February 11.

Courses run only on school and university days will be suspended on the lines: 114 (only on February 13-17), 121, 150, 164, 211, 401 and school bus stops on lines 163, 164, 201, informed the Transport Authority. urban. The following buses will not run on the routes: 196, 200, 320, 332, 339, 356, 379.

In turn, the buses of the 401 line will run on the Ursus-Niedźwiadek – Metro Służew route, while the 518 will run on the basic route, i.e. Nowodwory-Emilii Plater. Local buses L24 will run on the route Zgoda (Piaseczno)-Kazimierzowska (no trips to the Długa terminus).

Special timetables will be introduced for lines: 105, 106, 125, 135, 193, 194, 340, 507, 509, 511, 518, 523.

Less frequent trams and metro

During the holidays, the frequency of Warsaw trams will also change, during peak hours from 4 to 5 minutes and from 8 minutes to 10 minutes, and between peak hours from 6 to 7 minutes and 30 seconds and from 12 to 15 minutes. The timetable will not change on Saturdays and Sundays.

Also only on weekdays, during peak hours, the frequency of the metro trains will change. Trains will arrive at the stations of the M1 line every 2 minutes and 50 seconds, on the M2 line – every 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
