The course “Safe Varsovian in Ursynów” is launched. Classes will be conducted in the primary school at Warchałowskiego and will last five weeks. You can sign up for them by phone.
Registration for free classes prepared by the city guard and the Ursynów district is underway. They are conducted from 20 to 22 June, from 12.00 to 15.00, at the telephone number: 22 443 75 44.
The course, which will last five weeks, can be attended by 60 women. There will be three groups of 20 people for those interested. Each group will meet once a week: on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 17.00 – 18.30. The course will be held at Primary School No. 323 at 4 Warchałowskiego Street. The first classes will take place next week and will last until the end of July.
Classes will be led by instructors
As stated in the announcement, the classes will be conducted by city guards, who are instructors of tactics and intervention techniques. During the classes, ladies learn how to behave properly in an emergency situation, how to repel an attack and what self-defense techniques to use.
– We do not teach attacking, we teach how to repel an attack and how to avoid it – this is what the guards say in the message about the course.
