An unusual rescue operation, in which not only the bus driver was involved, but also the firefighters called to the site. They helped transport the patient to the hospital after she passed out.
According to Artur Węgrzynowicz from tvnwarszawa.pl, the situation took place around 2 p.m. in the vicinity of Trzech Krzyży Square. – It’s about line 166. We received the call at 1:44 PM. The bus passenger fainted and no ambulance teams were available. The driver went to the Orłowski hospital and we moved the woman to the emergency room. Two teams of firefighters were ordered on the spot – we were told by Łukasz Płaskocisńki from the Warsaw fire brigade.
The information was also confirmed by the spokesman of Miejskie Zakłady Autobusowe, Adam Stawicki. – The passenger fainted, the driver stopped at the hospital. Two nurses came out and took the patient – told us the spokesman.
