A man was lying on the lawn in front of the building. Only after two days did someone decide to notify the city guards about it.

On August 31, at quarter past 10 a.m., city guards received a report that a person was lying on the lawn in front of one of the buildings at the corner of Koniczynowa and Radzymińska streets.

“According to the report, the man had been there for two days. A city guard patrol was immediately sent to the site. On the grass next to the building, they found a very neglected man with a strong odor of alcohol. The man claimed to be a Ukrainian citizen,” describes the Warsaw Police. urban.
