On Saturday, city guards found two people lying on one of the streets in Bemowo. There was a stroller next to the pair with a crying two-year-old in it. It turned out that the adults were intoxicated. A breathalyzer test showed both of them over three per mille of alcohol in the exhaled air.
The city guard intervened on Saturday around 10 pm. The attention of the officers patrolling one of the estates in Jelonki was attracted by the crying of the child, so they went in search of the toddler. As he reports When the guards arrived, Jerzy Jabraszko from the press section of the municipal city guard saw two adults lying on the pavement, next to them was a cart with a two-year-old boy who was crying loudly. “The couple were so drunk they couldn’t get up or stand,” said the guard.
Officers determined that the 42-year-old man and woman were the boy’s parents. A police patrol was called and carried out a breathalyser test. – It turned out that the woman has more than 3.5 per mille of alcohol in the exhaled air, and the man – 3.4 per mille – pointed out Jabraszko. The case was investigated by the policemen who took the drunk parents and cared for the boy.
