Policemen from Targówek detained a 41-year-old drunk on Sunday, who insulted the paramedic at the Emergency Room in a local hospital. Earlier they drank alcohol with friends and ate kebabs. When the man sobered up, he heard the allegation. In the past, he has already committed a similar crime, which is why the court may order him a more severe punishment.

The 41-year-old at SOR appeared on Sunday before noon with two friends to “support” a wounded friend transported by an ambulance. Everyone was drunk. They behaved loudly, took several places in the waiting room, disturbed patients waiting for medical assistance, ate kebabs and drank alcohol. The security guard intervened, and then a noise -alerted medical rescuer on duty. The man tried to force drunk people to leave the object. However, no one intended to move.

41-year-old detained, his friend in the sobering-up room

When the aggressive 41-year-old attacked the paramedic in words, the protection called the police patrol. – Policemen who received this report listened to witnesses and the victim himself, and then detained a 41-year-old. They transported him to the police station at Chodecka Street, where they checked his sobriety breathalyzer. The man had almost 1.5 per mil of alcohol in the breath. He was sent to the Police Chamber of Detention. However, they transported his intoxicated friend to the sobering -up room of the uniforms – the commander Paulina Onyszko, a spokeswoman for the police at Targówek in Warsaw, informed.

The investigators accepted the notification from the victim of the medic and questioned witnesses.

– On Tuesday, they presented the 41-year-old with an allegation of insulting the paramedic. Because the man has already committed such a crime, he will answer for them in recurrent conditions, for which he may be threatened by a more severe punishment. The court will decide about its amount – summed up the spokeswoman.
