Policemen from Warsaw Ursus detained a 22-year-old suspected of attempted murder. During the quarrel in front of the store, he had to hurt another man with a knife several times. The injured was taken to hospital. According to investigators, a 15-year-old was also involved in the case.
On Friday, the police received a notification about the avantion in front of the store at Magnacka Street. It resulted that two clients had an argument and during the exchange of sentences one of them wounded the other with a knife several times.
Policemen and paramedics came to the scene. The injured 32-year-old was provided and transported to the hospital. There he underwent surgery. According to the police, he had back wounds.
They found knives in the 22-year-old apartment
“The accounts of witnesses showed that the perpetrator moved away from the scene” – informs the younger aspirant MaÅ‚gorzata GÄ™bczyÅ„ska, spokeswoman for the Warsaw III police headquarters.
He adds that the uniforms took action to track and stop him. “Thanks to the meticulous analysis of evidence secured in the case several hours after the incident of the district from Ursus, they reached the apartment in which the perpetrator stayed. In the course of the actions and findings of the uniform they detained a 22-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl who participated in the event”-emphasizes the spokeswoman.
While searching the apartment, the officers found knives to be used by the likely perpetrator.
Allegation of attempted murder
The 22-year-old went to a room for detainees, and a minor to the police chamber of the child. The next day, a 22-year-old man was dealt with by investigators, and a 15-year-old policemen from the juvenile and pathology department.
“After gathering the evidence and carrying out the necessary actions, the detainee heard the charge of attempted murder. The minor will be responsible for the participation in attempted murder” – says young asp. GÄ™bczyÅ„ska.
At the request of the prosecutor's office, the court applied a detention on remand for a period of three months. In turn, the 15-year-old went to the juvenile shelter. The proceedings in this case are supervised by the District Prosecutor's Office Warsaw Ochota.
