In Warsaw's Italy, two men wanted to steal construction and food products from the supermarket. When she noticed this protection, they became aggressive, there was a scuffle. Nothing came out of theft. The 25-year-old and 47-year-old heard about the allegations of robbery.

The incident occurred a few days ago. “Two citizens of Georgia, instead of paying for the goods in the store, decided to steal him. The whole incident was noticed by a security guard who wanted to stop a 25-year-old man and his 47-year-old friend”-described asp. Małgorzta Gębczyńska from the Warsaw Police District Headquarters.

The men began to jerk and push away. The security guard got a blow to the face. Then two more bodyguards started to help.

They heard the allegation and were arrested

The police appeared on the spot, stopped the aggressors. “The findings of the policemen made that men were aggressive during the whole event and were constantly trying to break free from security staff to escape from the store with stolen articles” – added Gębczyńska. The 25-year-old and 47-year-old spent the night in a police cell.

The officers collected evidence. After the activities, they led the detainees to the Warsaw Ochota District Prosecutor's Office. There, they heard the allegation of robbery theft (Article 281 §1 of the Penal Code), for which he faces up to 10 years in prison. The court granted the application for a two -month detention.
