Chopin Airport warns against fake airport profiles that trigger offers to sell lost luggage. According to the information provided on Monday on the airport’s social media, such offers are a fraud and an attempt to extort. “The airport does not collect lost luggage and does not sell it,” it was emphasized.

The Facebook post indicated that two fake profiles had been identified: “Warsaw Chopin Airport”, as a copy of the airport’s official profile, and the “Lotnisko Okęcie” profile.
