Małgorzata Wersocka from the press team of the Warsaw Police Headquarters said that a total of two cyclists were hit in Wilanów. – The first incidents took place at 2:38 PM in the vicinity of Rzeczpospolita Avenue. The Volvo driver hit a cyclist and walked away from the scene – the policewoman pointed out. She added that the cyclist was taken to hospital.

The second incident took place at 4.15 pm at Klimczaka Street. – The driver of the mini Cooper hit a cyclist. The cyclist was taken to hospital. They were both sober – the policewoman pointed out.

There were also firefighters working on site.
