The officers notified the Ambulance Service and set up the police car so that road participants from a distance could see the difficulties arising in this place. Meanwhile, the water arrived at every minute,” we read in the city guard.

There was a risk of a pavement and a parking lot

The guards informed about the situation of the inhabitants of nearby buildings asking them to warn their neighbors against the difficulties that may happen to them in connection with the failure.
