– This is an important support for our friends from Kiev. In Warsaw, the delivered trains are already being gradually withdrawn from use by us. In Kiev, where this model is still operating, they will be a valuable help – if only as a source of parts for repairs – stressed Trzaskowski.

According to the mayor of Warsaw, it is “solidarity of local governments in action”. – From the beginning of the Russian aggression, we have been supporting our Ukrainian friends – also as the Free Cities Pact – he stressed.

The Free Cities Pact was established by local government officials from the capitals of the Visegrad Group at the end of 2019.
