The beginning of the last week August will bring several degrees of cooling to the greater part of Poland. As reported by Institute of Meteorology and Water Managementon Monday and Tuesday, August 26-27, the maximum temperature will reach from 20 to 23 degrees by the sea, from 24 to 26 degrees in the center and west, and up to 30 degrees Celsius in the southeast and eastern edges. Locally, there will be a possibility of showers.

From Wednesday, August 28, warm air masses and sun will return to Poland from Africa. In the middle of the week, the temperature will reach 30 degrees Celsius in most of the country. It will still be the warmest in the south and east, and the coldest with a maximum temperature of 26 degrees in the north and in the foothill regions. On Thursday and Friday, the heat will return in all its glory, reaching a maximum of 33 degrees Celsius in some regions.
On the weekend of 31 August and 1 September, however, there will be a slight cooling again. The maximum temperature will then reach 23 to 26 degrees in the west, in the centre and locally in the south, while in the rest of the country it will be between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius.
The beginning of September is quite warm. The weather is more autumnal though
The temperature in the first days of September will remain at a similar level as on the weekend. It will be warmest in the west with temperatures reaching up to 28 degrees Celsius. In other regions of Poland a few degrees colder, but still sunny.
However, an autumn break is expected to come from September 5. The temperature will gradually drop to around 20 degrees Celsius in the north and in the foothills and to a maximum of 25 degrees in other areas of the country.
