During the ending long weekend, thermometers in Poland indicated almost 30 degrees Celsius. In Słubice, on Friday, May 2 was noted 28.7 degrees C. This temperature will not quickly repeat in our country. It started cooling down, which will be so large that during the week we can expect frost frosts and even light frost.
The reason for this decrease in temperature is the arctic air flowing behind the front, which is passing over Poland. The front of the front opens the road to cold air masses from the north, and the highlighted in the following days above the UK will support such air circulation and at the same time block the influx of warm air from the Atlantic side.

Weather for 16 days
From Monday, there will be much cooler throughout Poland than recently-in the east and north we will not see more than 10-11 degrees, and in the west of the country we will note up to 15-16 degrees. A similar temperature will last throughout the week, and later – after May 11 – slight warming will come and then we can expect 18-19 degrees in the south and 14-15 degrees in northern Poland. We will probably wait for a temperature higher than 20 degrees until May 18, i.e. two weeks.
